Hello people, Today is a two for one on videos. I've made a copy cat recipe of the wrap I have been paying 5 bucks for from Targets deli. It cost a whole lot less to make it and is so much more fresh. I have also shared a video of the products that I have used all the way up. Most I liked and will buy again. Hat organization

Hello people, Hats are the topic today. I have so many hats to cover up my super thin hair and the little bald spot on the crown of my head. My method of organizing them has been to keep them in one of the giant sized VS bags. The problem with this method is that I can't see them all. I have to dig through the bag to find the one I want. This was messy and time consuming. So, in an effort to make things quicker to find and prettier, I bought some s-hooks and started sorting. Check out the video and see how it turned out! I was totally prepared to hate on it and give it a bad review, based solely on the fact that it reminds me of the Betty Crocker animated oven mitt that they used in their commercials. Too funny. What is beauty? What makes us beautiful or feel beautifl?

Hello people, I want to share a video with you that my husband share through facebook. It is a short video on perception. I believe you will be impacted by the message of this short film. All of you are very important to me as friends and family. I hope that be seeing how you see yourself and much softer others see you will make an impact on YOUR beautiful life. My beautiful life is being focused on doing some gentle yoga floor routines at least 15 minutes a day, continuing to add healthy foods to my diet and allow my self to rest more. Also murdering the voice in my head that tells me negative messages. Tells me I am less than, not good enough, pretty enough, strong enough and so much more. I won't really bbe murdering her. I will just be telling her that a more encourag9ing version of her will be taking her place. It will take a while and alot of focused intention to shut the negative voice down as I phase in motivation and positivity. I will be writing in my journal the problem and the underneigth I will be high lighting some steps to work on daily till this more positive voice takes root and become stronger than the negative voice. I will share my journal entry when it is complete, and keep you posted on how this process works. If I need to change by removing or adding things to the plan. Plus you guys matter so much to me. Hello People, Happy Spring! Can you even believe that the time has changed and Spring is here? Easter is on its way and the weather will soon be warming. The prospect of warmer weather makes my soul sing with joy. It has been a long cold winter. I am fortunate to be living somewhere that I can count on some warmth coming soon. I hope you all are warm and safe. Especially with all the storms that have been happening in the East. In the past month I have had an opportunity to try some products that I hadn't tried before. Hello people! Spring is in the air. The trees are flowering and budding here in Texas. It has been bi-polar with the weather. One day is 80 degrees and gorgeous and the next day is in the 30's and raining. But hope springs eternal, and spring really is just around the corner. We recently had the Spring forward with time. I hope you all faired well with the change and didn't have any stories of showing up at the wrong time for anything. All went well with us here. Hello People! I am hoping this post doesn't find you snowed in where you are. It has been quite mild here in Tx. That is great for me!! I've been spending my time doing all sorts of stuff that keeps me busy and keeps me going. Right now I have been focused on finding work, which I have done. I start tomorrow as a matter of fact. This has been a goal I've been working on for 3 months. I thought it would be so simple to find a job. Not so at all. It is work to find work. My other goals are eating a continuously healthy, portion controlled amount of food. As well as being more active. I am still working on the active part, but it is getting better. My poor Sadie has been taken on so many little walks. But I feel good just having bursts of activity. As it is becoming more warm, I am moving outside more. But let me encourage you. What ever goal or dream you have, just start it today. Figure out the little steps it takes to achieve your big dream and take those baby steps. The mystery of the mystery dog... Solved!

Hello people, Do you remember a few weeks ago me telling you about a dog I could hear crying and couldn't figure out if it was from upstairs or next door? I did a video on it. That you can see Here: Well, since that time I have discovered the my neighbors have a dachshund. His name is Rico. They call him Pit bull as a nickname. Not because he's mean, but because he is kind of a wimp and they think it's funny. He is sort of a "cry baby" they say. He cries when they leave the room. But he especially cries when they leave him for any length of time at all. Mystery solved! He is the dog I hear crying. Not neglected or abused, just suffering from separation anxiety. I know Sadie cries when I leave her in her kennel sometimes. So, the beautiful thing that has come out of this mystery has been Sadie and Rico have become friends. They hang out together sometimes when they see each other outside. We have even talked about having play dates. So, today my neighbors brought Rico over to play with Sadie They are having a blast. You will see how playful they are together in this video. Now that they have worn each other out puppy wrestling, they are each chewing a bone contentedly under my kitchen table. It is all so very cute. I'm glad they have met. I hope that they become and stay good friends. While they get to know one another, I am being blessed with getting to know Rico's human family too! Escape coffee shop, north Texas coffee shop tour

Hello people, It is a beautiful day here in the DFW area. The sun is shining, and the birds are singing. There is a feeling of Spring in the air. It is the perfect day to get outside. So Sadie and I have been taking longer walks than usual, and exploring our apartment complex more. There is so much more to this place than I had realized. We checked out the play area and the pool area. Met some neighbors who live right next door. They also have a doxi. His nickname is PITBULL? Mwahahahaha. Funny name for a doxi. He was super friendly to Sadie. That makes him a good dog in my book. We also explored beyond our neighborhood a bit. Eric (my son) and I went to a coffee shop to check it out. It seems the whole world is flooded with Starbucks. Not a bad place, but sometimes you just want something less corporate. More, neighborhoodish. So we did a search on good ol google. There were 20 starbucks near us and only 4 other coffee shops. One of them was Denny's. I wouldn't really consider that to be a coffee shop, but what evs. Well anyway, we went to check out this place called Escape. It turned out to be a great find! Check it out in the video below. Snow in Dallas.

Hello people,\ Is it nice weather where you are? It snowed here in Dallas last night. About 2 inches. The snow was all melted by the time I left chemo at 2 today. It is still pretty cold outside. Sadie was so excited to see the snow. She loves to eat snow, because she is teething. I think it feels good eating the cold snow. It was fun to see you pouncing the snow. She was so so happy. Hi People, Did everyone have a great Christmas and new year celebration? I had a nice long visit with my family in Colorado. It was great to see them all. I am pretty happy to be back here in Texas. The weather is beautiful here today. I am taking a lot of moments to take it easy. Tuesday was my big chemo day. I can really feel the effects of it today. Deep in my bones, it just pulses with pain. I have a deep throbbing ache in my lungs. It is heck of a lot better here than it was in the deep freeze of Colorado. That cold air can mess ya up! Any way, I am glad to be home.
